Who we work for

Your Dutch tax and finance function, from one team

Doing business in the Netherlands brings Dutch filings, Dutch portals and Dutch deadlines. We take them over, so your group can focus on the business itself.

Most clients start with Article 23 and fiscal representation, and add VAT, corporate income tax and bookkeeping as their Dutch activities grow. Everything runs through one team and one file.

  • Non-EU manufacturers importing into the EU through the Netherlands
  • UK companies that lost easy EU access after Brexit
  • E-commerce brands holding stock in a Dutch warehouse
  • International groups with a Dutch BV or branch

Article 23 licence

Import into the Netherlands without paying VAT at the border

With an Article 23 licence, import VAT moves from customs to your periodic Dutch VAT return, where you report and deduct it at the same time. A company established outside the Netherlands cannot apply for the licence itself. It needs a Dutch fiscal representative, and that is the role we take on.
