We help businesses transform financial data into strategic insights through our expertise in financial management, reporting, and dashboarding. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Power BI Specialist to join our team and support our growing client base.

About the Role
We are seeking a Power BI Specialist who can help us develop, optimize, and maintain financial dashboards for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to turn raw financial data into actionable insights, ensuring our clients have a clear view of their business performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial dashboards in Power BI, integrating with Exact, AFAS, and other bookkeeping software.
Work closely with our CFOs and controllers to translate financial data into meaningful insights for clients.
Design and implement scalable data models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
Automate data extraction and transformation processes using Power Query and DAX.
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure seamless user experience.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to customize reports based on business needs.
Stay updated with Power BI trends and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities

What we are looking for

Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence professional.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Experience with integrating Power BI with bookkeeping and ERP systems (Exact, AFAS, Dynamics NAV, etc.).
Ability to work with financial data, including Profit & Loss, cash flow, and forecasting.
Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
